Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Creative Director to join our team and lead user experience and design efforts for a high-impact UI / UX Services & Drupal Implementation Support project in the federal government space. This role is critical in driving innovative, user-centered design strategies to ensure seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive user experience strategy aligned with project goals.
- Lead the design process from user research and ideation to final design delivery and post-launch enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver user-centric, high-quality solutions.
- Manage and mentor design teams to ensure creative alignment and optimal performance.
- Ensure all designs meet responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards.
