Senior Warehouse & Quality Operations Leader
Contract: 6-8 Months
A growing organization in the medical equipment sector is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse & Quality Operations Leader to enhance the quality and regulatory processes within its operations. This role requires a strong background in quality control, compliance, and leadership within a structured warehouse or lab-like setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the current warehouse operations team to enhance quality control in refurbished medical device processing.
- Oversee testing, cleaning, configuration, packaging, and shipment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and quality assurance.
- Provide coaching and training to existing full-time employees, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive continuous improvements in warehouse and quality operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain order fulfillments with a focus on quality over volume.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in quality control and regulatory compliance within warehouse or lab environments.
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and lead teams to improve operational processes.
- Background in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
