Overall Scope and Responsibility :
Ensure that all guest rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the company standards in both quality and quantity.
Essential Duties :
- Provide maid service for guest rooms and meet cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Replace any unused amenities and report any maintenance concerns.
- Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests.
- Provide maid service by doing a thought out cleaning, vacuum, undusted, replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies and filling ice bucket as preferred by guest.
- Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and / or cleaning agents.
- Assist PM attendants by stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves in team effort.
- Empty trash.
- Sign for room keys and restock heavy cart.
- Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify cleaning completion
- Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed.
- Attend all mandatory meetings
- Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to Safety / Security Department
- Provide general public assistance, instruction and / or guidance for guests and employee safety in the event of an emergency
- Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training
- Keep work area neat and organized
