We are looking for a Pool and Beach Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool and beach areas ensuring the safety of guests, maintain the pool and beach, and provide excellent customer service.

- Supervises all Pool and Beach team members to ensure the highest quality of guest service
- Collaborate with the pool server to provide efficient food and beverage service
- Maintain pool and beach cleanliness and appearance
- Supervise and train pool and beach staff
- Communicate with guests to improve the guest experience
- Reviews attendance and punches for the pool and beach teams and performs payroll as required.
- Maintain good relationships with management and owners of other properties
- At least 2 years experience
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in any weather condition.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Agility in multitasking
- Ability to make decisions on imperfect information
