Transmission Construction Representative - $5K Sign-On Bonus - Electric Utilities - Transmission Line & Substation
Responsible for ensuring contract compliance is provided for contractors performing construction on the Owner's electric transmission system. Will ensure work is completed safely and to design specifications. The scope of work will vary from simple upgrades on substations to the construction of new substations. Responsible for identifying and assisting in the resolution of issues that could compromise the success of a project (e.g. design issues, material issues, contractor performance issues, access issues, customer issues).
Base Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree with greater than 6 years of relevant transmission line and substation work experience
- Experience working in the utility industry is highly preferred
- Leadership/compliance management experience is also a plus
- Proficient at using a computer, iPad and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to communicate and work with remote teams
