At THINK Real Estate, we are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. As an ISA, you will generate and nurture leads, educate prospective buyers and sellers about the market, and set appointments for our real estate agents.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and conversations daily.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools (experience with Command, Vulcan7, or similar is a plus).
- Must be comfortable working in-office full-time.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with potential buyers and sellers through calls, texts, and emails.
- Educate consumers about the real estate market and the THINK difference.
- Maintain accurate records in our lead tracking system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every client.
- Set and track appointments for our top-producing agents.

- Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working full-time in-office.
