Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources
Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations. This individual will partner with
leaders across the organization to foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven
workplace culture. The HR Manager will supervise the HR Coordinator and be
responsible for maintaining HR systems.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with
- Employee Training and Development: Plan and facilitate monthly leadership
- Team Management: Supervise the HR Coordinator, offering mentorship,
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- Employee Relations: Provide HR guidance to employees and managers, foster a
- Performance Management: Support the design, implementation, and
- Compliance and Policy Oversight: Ensure organizational compliance with
personnel files.
- Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs including
unemployment compensation. Serve as a resource for staff questions and
manage vendor relationships.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote DEI practices in all areas of HR
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee
- Proven ability to lead trainings, coach staff, and support leadership
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills with professionalism and confidentiality to convey messages and updates across teams.
- Passion for advancing equity and quality in early childhood education.

- Salary: The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000, based on experience and educational background.
