Senior Management Consultant (Remote)
Base Salary: $150k-$200k uncapped incentive pay

The Opportunity
As a Senior Management Consultant reporting to Service Delivery Leadership, you will lead teams and companies through effective, value-driven endeavors. You will have responsibility for defining client solutions as well as analysis, strategic planning, delegation, and solutioning. You'll be unafraid to fail forward, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will always find a way to exceed expectations. You'll be supported by a talented team of professionals and the work you do will directly contribute to the success of Think and our partners.
How You'll Contribute
- You will be a valuable addition to diverse teams over a broad range of industries and practice areas, often in a leadership capacity. This includes the need to interface with and work alongside diverse clients with a range of personalities and mindsets.
- Assist Managers or C-Level Executives in maximizing their business's profitability
- You'll consistently exceed customer expectations by using strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- You'll build relationships and trust with those with whom you interact, in various departments and companies, to build cohesive teams
- Own client relationships and become integral to team, service line, and company success
- Compile reports that outline a strategy for enhancing profitability
- You will strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to client organizational objectives
- Manage external and third-party vendor relationships
- Using existing quality assurance methods and developing new where needed, ensures that initiatives and projects are being well managed and adhere to Think's standards and best practices
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership and oversight capacity
- Strong listening, analytical, and execution skills
- A propensity to build lasting relationships while focused on continuous process improvement
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in business administration or related field
- Ability to digest and analyze complex financial statements
- Ability to arrive at a solution to a problem and present the solution to the client, even if it is challenging for the client to accept
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with business tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and project management tools strongly preferred
