PROJECT DESCRIPTION : Think Tank is seeking an ideal candidate to be included in a proposal effort for an upcoming opportunity with the NYC Department of Social Services (DSS). DSS has a constant increased need for the provision of full systems life cycle applications development on various computer platforms, including a variety of client eligibility and recertification systems, employment / work engagement services, claims systems, etc., that are critical to the operation and functioning of DSS programs, requiring periodic refinements to maintain the applications at optimum service levels. Having a project portfolio which properly reflects the user's business needs and DSS' workload is crucial. Therefore, there is a need for IT consulting resources for the expanding responsibilities at DSS. If you are chosen for this position, we will subit your resumé with our proposal. Tasks & Duties
- Conduct and Implement Testing of Devices
- Develop test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure that sufficient resources are planned for and supplied for any project.
- Participate in meetings as a technical advisor with vendors, customers and management to provide feedback for problem resolution and to determine appropriate course(s) of action.
- Manage peripherals and technical requirements. Provide management reporting and information dissemination.
- Manage and enroll Smart Phones, Tablets and Laptops using the Mobile Device (MDM) console.
- Order, setup, track and troubleshoot mobile iOS (Apple), Android devices and Windows devices.
- Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
- Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
- Provide day-to-day support of our phone systems and mobile devices.
