Job Overview:
We’re seeking a part-time Change Leader Alliance Coordinator (15–20 hours/week) to oversee key programs like the Change Leader Academy and At the Table events. This role involves program coordination, relationship-building, and supporting individuals with lived experiences as they develop skills and advocate for change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and coordinate the Change Leader Academy.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate At the Table events in Southwest Ohio.
- Support monthly webinars, team meetings, and leadership development initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote).
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and other technology platforms.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with or proximity to poverty and related challenges is preferred.

Work Environment & Schedule:
- Hybrid (25% remote, 75% in-office).
- Part-time: 15–20 hours per week.
