Think Tell We areis seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Assistant Event Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and execution of events. The ideal candidate will assist in managing logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring events run smoothly and successfully. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for events and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and special occasions.
- Support the creation of event timelines, schedules, and checklists.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to confirm logistics and requirements.
- Help manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Coordinate event setup, on-site operations, and teardown activities.
- Address client and guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction throughout the event process.
- Maintain records and reports of events to improve future planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other event management software.
