Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor communication, and event setup.
- Support the team in event planning by preparing schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure smooth event execution by handling on-site tasks and troubleshooting any issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and event participants.
- Assist in post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
