As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will be involved in various aspects of event coordination, from site selection to logistics and on-site management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, weddings, and festivals.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Manage event registration and guest lists, ensuring smooth check-in processes.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
- Support marketing efforts through social media promotions and content creation.
- Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
