Join Think Wellness NY & Make an Impact! Are you passionate about wellness and skilled in sales? Think Wellness NY is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Sales Representative to help expand our wellness programs into schools, corporations, and community organizations.
This is a commission-based role, perfect for someone who loves mindfulness, yoga, and wellness and has a proven track record in sales.
Who We Are:
Think Wellness NY brings mindfulness, yoga, meditation, art, music, and nature-based wellness programs to schools, corporations, and senior centers. Our mission is to help people reduce stress, improve focus, and boost overall well-being through engaging, hands-on experiences.
What You'll Do:
✅ Identify and connect with school administrators, corporate wellness directors, HR leaders, and community program managers to promote our offerings.
✅ Secure contracts for Wellness Week, afterschool programs, employee wellness initiatives, and senior wellness sessions.
✅ Develop relationships with PTA leaders, camp directors, and educational decision-makers.
✅ Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
✅ Collaborate with our team to refine marketing strategies and sales approaches.

Who You Are:
A self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with proven experience in B2B or program sales.
Someone with a genuine passion for wellness—whether it's mindfulness, yoga, meditation, or holistic health.
Experienced in cold calling, networking, and building relationships with decision-makers.
Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
Organized and capable of managing a pipeline of leads.
Preferred Experience:
✔2 years in sales, business development, or account management.
✔ Experience selling programs, services, or educational products.
✔ Connections within schools, corporate wellness programs, or community organizations are a plus!
Compensation:
Commission-Based: Earn a percentage on every program sold! Potential for bonuses & incentives for high performers.
Location: Long Island, NY (Remote & In-Person Opportunities)
