About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to handle our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, is tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for financial record-keeping, office administration, purchasing, and helping our team stay organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Finance
- Maintain and manage QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable & receivable, including reconciliations and expense tracking
- Handle payroll processing and assist with tax filings
- Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Work with external accountants for tax preparation
Office Management & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and vendor relationships
- Manage contracts, invoices, and client billing
- Organize employee records, benefits, and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating team schedules
- Order office supplies and manage IT asset tracking
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: 3 years in bookkeeping, office management, or a related role
✅ Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), or similar tools
✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using business/financial software and learning new platforms quickly
✅ Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
✅ Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
✅ Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in IT, MSP, or a tech-related environment
✅ Strong Work Ethic

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
