Join a premier NYC-based financial services firm as we expand our institutional equity sales department. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in identifying and qualifying institutional investors such as mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, and family offices. Your role will involve marketing the firm's equity transactions, providing corporate access to investors, and organizing both domestic and international deal and non-deal roadshows.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify institutional investors to enhance equity transaction opportunities.
- Market firm's equity offerings and corporate access programs.
- Coordinate and manage deal and non-deal roadshows across the US and internationally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- SIE, Series 7 and 63 license required or willingness to obtain.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Base Range: $32,500 commission
