Thinkfind is seeking a dynamic Agile Release Train (ART) Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and coach, ensuring seamless execution of Program Increments (PIs) within a multi-workstream mainframe modernization initiative. The ART Engineer will oversee project alignment with program goals, drive effective PI planning sessions, and monitor progress across interdependent projects. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks while preparing financial updates and forecasts for leadership. The ART Engineer will mentor team members, enable smooth business adoption through change management practices, and provide strategic vision to accelerate business value delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to lead both program and project-level activities, and extensive experience in vendor and customer management. Strong capabilities in scope and change management, executive presence, and diplomacy are essential. Candidates must have expertise in hybrid agile-waterfall methodologies, working with onshore / offshore teams, and implementing delivery services frameworks in a hybrid work environment. Familiarity with modernization projects, particularly involving Java development, is highly desirable.
