- Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and automation systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or SKM for electrical design.
- Familiarity with industry codes like NEC and IEEE.

Feasibility Analysis & System Design:
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical and economic viability of onsite power projects.
- Design and specify electrical and control systems, including switchgear, transformers, PLCs, and SCADA integrations.
- Develop one-line diagrams, schematics, and equipment layouts to support proposals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates, technical documentation, and compliance reports.
- Participate in client meetings to present and discuss technical solutions.
- Develop detailed design packages to transition projects from sales to execution.
- Ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and project management teams.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to select components that meet project specifications.
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and emerging technologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams on electrical and control system design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Certifications like Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
