Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and programming control systems for automated equipment.
- Proficiency in PLC, HMI, Robot, AutoCAD, Motion Control, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Studio 5000, RS 500, FactoryTalk View, and other Allen Bradley software.
- Strong understanding of safety circuit design and programming via safety PLC.
- Knowledge of UL 508 certified design and risk assessment implementation with associated safety devices.
- Ability to manage projects from concept to installation.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%, primarily domestic with potential future international assignments.

Responsibilities:
- Design and program control systems for automated equipment based on client and industry specifications.
- Develop safety circuits and conduct risk assessments, implementing appropriate safety devices.
- Ensure compliance with UL 508 design standards.
- Specify components and document control systems for various types of automation projects.
- Create electrical and pneumatic designs using AutoCAD.
- Develop machine PLC programs, debug equipment, and certify for customer run-off.
- Work with Studio 5000, RS 500, FactoryTalk View, and other Allen Bradley software.
- Travel to customer sites for equipment installation, commissioning, and startup.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through installation, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
