Job Description
Thinking Minds Inc. is looking for a Lead Generative AI Engineer to join our client’s software engineering and architecture team. This role is crucial in developing, optimizing, and expanding Generative AI capabilities within the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in refining a proprietary AI platform, training LLMs, and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive business innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of Generative AI tools including custom LLMs and AI-powered business applications
Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines using AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, and S3
Integrate Generative AI solutions with enterprise applications and collaborate across security, UI / UX, data engineering, and architecture teams
Implement and optimize AI models using frameworks like Claude LLM, Stable Diffusion, and LangChain
Enhance AI capabilities by leveraging keyword vector search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and GDPR-compliant practices
Design and deploy AI-driven chatbots and other business-use applications to improve operational efficiency
Ensure high-performance and secure AI models by following best practices in model training, testing, and validation
Optimize software development pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS / ECS / Fargate), AWS CloudFormation, and CI / CD tools
Contribute to API development for AI integrations, ensuring scalability and maintainability
Required Qualifications
8 years of software development experience , with a strong background in AI and Generative AI
3 years of hands-on experience in Python , with additional knowledge of Java / Scala as a plus
Expertise in AWS cloud services and AI model deployment in serverless or containerized environments
Proficiency in API development using REST, JSON, and tools like Postman
Experience with NoSQL / SQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL, Redis is a plus)
Strong understanding of DevOps and CI / CD workflows , including tools like Git, Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy
Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems and working within Agile environments
Excellent problem-solving skills, cross-team collaboration ability, and leadership in technical projects
