The successful candidate will lead efforts in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Fieldglass solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other HR and business systems. This role supports strategic technology planning, solution design, delivery, and ongoing system support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the SAP Fieldglass Subject Matter Expert, specializing in CWM, SOW, and Assignment Management.
- Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass to meet business requirements and align with HR and procurement processes.
- Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and other systems using SAP CPI and API tools.
- Lead migrations from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues and provide timely solutions.
- Stay current with SAP Fieldglass updates, plan releases, and conduct feature activation and testing.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration across HR, Procurement, and IT teams.
- Deliver user training to ensure system proficiency and adoption.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of IT experience, including 5 years in SAP systems implementation.
- Strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in data analysis and IT project implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in SAP Fieldglass and Integration.
- Experience with SAP Integration Center, Business Technology Platform (BTP), and HRIS architecture.
- CBAP or CCBA certifications.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- 9 years of relevant job experience.
