Thinking Minds Inc.'s client is seeking a Principal Business Analyst with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) to lead and support their SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization efforts. The role involves collaborating with IT teams, Quality business stakeholders, and external vendors to enhance quality processes and integrate third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the IT Lead for the Quality workstream, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and a robust SAP core model solution.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA QM processes, including Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Release, Inspection, and Returns management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated solutions involving third-party vendors like FedEx.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting capabilities for Quality processes.
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and create functional documentation.
- Perform configuration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP S/4HANA QM functionalities.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP environment, proposing system or process improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including SOX and GXP SDLC standards.
- Contribute to business process modeling, process improvement, and lifecycle management methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, specifically with SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2022 or higher.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and associated modules (MM, SD, EWM).
- Strong knowledge of Fiori applications, software development life cycle, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous.
