- 15 years of SAP functional solution design and implementation experience

- Background in SAP best practices, development estimation, and solution delivery

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Schedule to Deliver (S2D) solutions
- Collaborate with functional architects and analysts to ensure SAP solutions align with business needs and industry best practices
- Determine the optimal approach for SAP solution development from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives
- Ensure the quality and integrity of SAP solutions through testing and quality assurance processes
- Partner with and provide direction to third-party SAP providers for solution implementation
- Work closely with senior business leaders to align technology with business strategy
- Host and facilitate interactive working sessions with stakeholders for blueprinting, business confirmation, and testing
- Prioritize demand items within the S2D space
- Guide SAP solution delivery planning and execution
- Mentor and develop junior SAP team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of SAP functional solution design and delivery experience
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role within SAP teams
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, and LE modules
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Architect
- Strong knowledge of SAP development estimation, best practices, and solution delivery
- Ability to think strategically and implement practical, scalable SAP solutions in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field
