Job Description
As a Business Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex business litigation matters. Your duties will include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Assisting with discovery, including document review and interrogatory responses
- Preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 3-6 years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Trail experience is a plus
