Our client is a regional law firm looking for a Commercial Real Estate transactional attorney with 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial real estate transactions, including preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, title review and drafting leases. Experience with obtaining land development approvals is a plus. Candidate must possess excellent drafting and analytical skills and have a strong academic record. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects including hotels, resorts, residential, mixed-use and commercial facilities. The candidate will have opportunities for advancement in one of the fastest growing areas of the state, with a collegial working environment, competitive salary and excellent benefits. Candidates should be detail oriented and have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. Salary range of $185K - $275K depending on years of experience.
