Partnering with a regional law firm who is seeking a highly motivated candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their Business Law Department in their Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience in handling complex corporate work including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and general business counseling, including experience with reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.
Qualifications:
• Law degree (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• License to practice in Minnesota or eligibility to waive into MN Bar
• Ability to work in-person in their Minneapolis office.
Salary : $115,000 - $145,000
