What You'll Do :

  • Empower Small Businesses : Analyze and underwrite SBA 7(a) loans, providing vital financing to fuel the growth of local businesses.
  • Become an Expert : Deepen your knowledge of SBA regulations and SOPs, constantly learning and staying ahead of the curve.
  • Make an Impact : Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative lending strategies and streamline processes within the SBA team.
  • Be a Trusted Partner : Guide loan applicants through the process, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in credit review, preferably underwriting SBA loans.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong understanding of financial ratios and analysis.
  • Collaborative spirit and a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
