Experience:
- Manage and Service an active and growing book of business
- Client focus is groups with 20-100 employees, and we are heavy in technology/tech start-ups.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide consultation on their individual challenges.
- Coordinate with broker to ensure a first-class experience.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with insurance companies, and teammates.

You’re driven by problem-solving and have a principled approach to work. For you, success is more than processing renewals and assisting with claims. It’s about building trust, and having your client’s best interest in mind. In this role, you’ll help identify and pursue business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivate relationships. With a hands-on approach, you’ll help clients across various sectors scale their employee benefits with our world-class services and solutions.
