The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, budgeting, supervision, customer relations, and contract administration with a proven ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of project planning, execution, cost tracking, and closure.
- Provide monthly progress reports detailing project status and percentage of completion.
- Perform detailed take-offs and estimates for various electrical projects, including service, tenant improvements, heavy industrial, semiconductor, and mission-critical work.
- Develop and execute strategies for marketing and securing profitable projects.
- Make critical cost, time, and performance-based decisions to optimize project outcomes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by integrating solutions across company divisions.
- Serve as a key liaison between contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Supervise and direct the workforce, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Champion a safety-first culture, promoting an injury-free work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bidding and managing multiple electrical construction projects.
- At least 2 years of regional market experience with a proven track record in relationship management and business development (preferred).
- Design/build experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage contracts effectively.
- Strong skills in scope development and proposal writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and estimating software (ConEst is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Salary : $105,000 - $155,000
