The Opportunity
The Senior Digital Producer at Thinkingbox will play a key role in project management, delivering projects across multiple industries and verticals. You’ll lead end-to-end production for primarily website and enterprise-level digital projects, from writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to overseeing budgets, scope, and timelines. A successful candidate will have a strong digital and agency background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, strategists, and other team members.
What You'll Be Doing
- Project Management : Oversee multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Documentation : Draft SOWs and RFPs with clarity and precision, accurately reflecting project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Client Collaboration : Act as a point of contact for clients across various industries, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Budgeting & Scope Management : Develop and manage project budgets and scopes, ensuring all deliverables align with both client and agency expectations.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and strategists to ensure all projects are executed flawlessly.
- Communication : Maintain clear, open, and timely communication with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth project flow.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring minimal disruption and successful outcomes, and escalate matters to Executive Producer or Director of Production when necessary.
