Thinkpath Engineering Services, LLC (TES), an engineering services company, is looking for an experienced Human Resource / Payroll administrator to work out of our corporate office in Miamisburg, OH.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas : Benefit administration, 401K administration, processing payroll utilizing ADP, employment laws and regulations, as well as a working knowledge of the Affordable Health Care Act. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent Word / Excel skills and be a very organized and driven person.
TES has five locations including Miamisburg, Ohio; Columbus, Indiana; St. Petersburg, Florida; Marietta, GA; and Toronto Ontario. (The position is based out of TES’ Miamisburg location but will work closely with all five locations.)
