Job Description

This person will be responsible for the recruitment of engineering/technical candidates for both internal and offsite job opportunities.

• Source resumes and potential candidates using a variety of resources (internet, databases, social media, networking, etc.)
• Qualify, interview and submit candidates to hiring managers for review
• Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews
• Participate in offer process, candidate negotiation and employee onboarding process
• Maintain and update internal resume database
• Assist in the management of corporate Internet sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Work closely with sales team on client job openings, including customer interaction
• Create and manage job opening ads online
• Develop network of candidates for future opportunities
  
  

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred
• 0-3 years of experience in recruiting (technical/engineering experience preferred)
• Any knowledge or background related to engineering, design or manufacturing would be a plus
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
• Excellent communication skills a must
