What are the responsibilities and job description for the Generative AI Lead (RAG) position at Thinkreh?
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Lead to drive the development and enhancement of RAG (Retrieve and Generate) pipelines for Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Cognitive Search, LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP processes, Vector and Semantic Search, and a strong development background in Python, Postman, and Data Science.
Key Responsibilities:
- RAG Pipeline Development:
- Design, implement, and improve features within RAG pipelines for Generative AI solutions.
- Understand and practically apply RAG pipeline concepts to enhance AI workflows.
- Development and Code Quality:
- Write and maintain scalable, performant, and secure code in alignment with best practices.
- Ensure code quality by actively participating in code reviews and promoting high standards of development.
- Technology Stack & Tools:
- Proficiency in Postman, Python, and Data Science concepts.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with Azure Cognitive Services including Cognitive Search, Document Intelligence, and Search.
- API Development & Design:
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and adhere to API design patterns for efficient integrations and functionality.
- Ensure the API development process is streamlined and meets the needs of the project.
- Collaboration & Team Contributions:
- Actively contribute to the team by providing valuable ideas and executing improvements.
- Work closely with test and support teams to help investigate and resolve issues.
- Coordinate and plan production release activities for smooth deployment.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in RAG Pipeline development and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cognitive Search, Document Intelligence, and Azure Cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Postman, and a Data Science background.
- Proficiency in containerization using Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API development, and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP processes.
- Knowledge of Vector Search and Semantic Search techniques.
- Experience in coordinating production releases and resolving post-release issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Generative AI, cloud-based development, and RAG pipeline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
