We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty insurance domain, particularly in Guidewire Policy Center and Claims Center. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and business process analysis skills to support transformative initiatives and drive business value.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance market, including policy coverages, endorsements, and rating.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Claims Center.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and system management.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and project management principles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business, technical processes, and systems to identify innovative and effective solutions.
- Conduct research, comparisons, and validations to recommend solutions that align with enterprise strategies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to drive process improvements across business, quality, and system domains.
- Act as a technical and business guide, providing discipline and practice support to ensure consistency in execution.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, customers, and team members to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful outcomes.
- Utilize 6-8 years of relevant work experience to address critical business and technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Expertise in Guidewire implementations, particularly Policy Center and Claims Center.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
