What are the responsibilities and job description for the OFSAA Developer position at Thinkreh?
We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Developer responsible for configuration, development, patching, upgrades, and customization of key OFSAA modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance teams, ensuring efficient data mapping and supporting data warehouse implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure, develop, and customize OFSAAI, OFSFTP, OFSPM modules.
- Perform data mapping from staging and reporting layers, EDW to OFSAA, and T2T development.
- Execute patching and upgrades for OFSAA applications.
- Collaborate with finance teams to evaluate monthly business requirements and ensure efficient development and deployment.
- Provide technical support in data warehouse implementation and integration with OFSAA.
- Ensure optimal performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for OFSAA solutions.
- Work with banking financial statements to understand how attributes interact within financial data.
- Document configurations, customizations, and best practices to streamline development processes.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Hands-on experience with OFSAAI, OFSFTP, OFSPM modules.
- Strong expertise in Data Mapping (staging, reporting, and EDW to OFSAA).
- Experience with T2T development and implementation.
- Proficiency in OFSAA upgrades, patching, and customizations.
- Knowledge of financial data models, banking financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and enterprise financial systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience working with banking and financial institutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
