What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Fusion cloud administrator position at Thinkreh?
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator to join our team in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration, as well as experience in access management, user access reviews, integration with third-party systems, and performance optimization. You will work closely with Oracle Support and various internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration: Manage and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, ensuring optimal performance and configuration.
- Access Management: Oversee user access reviews, segregation of duties (SOD) remediation, and manage access controls for Fusion Cloud applications.
- GRC Management: Use third-party tools for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) management, including the design and management of workflows.
- Reporting & Analytics: Promote BI Publisher and OTBI reports, manage access controls, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- System Integration: Manage and support integration of Fusion with boundary systems like Workday, Kyriba, CoStar, and EDICOM.
- Change Migration: Coordinate change migration to production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Cloning and Patching Coordination: Collaborate with Oracle for cloning, patching, and version management of changes in Oracle environments.
- Performance Management: Handle performance-related issues, troubleshoot reporting challenges, and collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution.
- Oracle VBCS Experience: Apply knowledge and experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to create and manage custom applications.
- Redwood Environment: Work with Redwood Environment to support and optimize workflows and applications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, and Admin profiles.
- Tools: Proficiency with BI Publisher, OTBI, and third-party GRC tools.
- Integration: Proven experience with integrations involving Oracle Fusion and systems such as Workday, Kyriba, CoStar, and EDICOM.
- Performance Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve performance-related issues in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Oracle VBCS: Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Redwood Environment: Familiarity with Oracle Redwood Environment for process and workflow management.
- Communication Skills: Strong coordination skills, including liaising with Oracle Support and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) and experience in hybrid environments involving both EBS and Fusion Cloud.
- Experience with version management and patching in Oracle environments.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
