We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Specialist with expertise in configuration, design, user management, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for refining product requirements, defining MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), and collaborating with Product Managers, stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure product development aligns with business priorities.
Experience Required:
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, including configuration, design, and user management.
- Expertise in integrating Adobe Workfront with other systems and platforms.
- Proven experience in Agile product management and supporting sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Refine Product Requirements:
- Refine product requirements based on feedback gathered during sprint showcases and demos.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user stories reflect customer needs and business value.
- Create and Author User Stories:
- Author detailed user stories with acceptance criteria in the customers' voice.
- Ensure clarity in acceptance criteria for user stories to guide development and testing.
- Define MVP and Release Plans:
- Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for applications/products.
- Communicate the MVP and supporting release plans to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Stakeholders:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Systems Architects, and other stakeholders to define new or enhanced product features.
- Prioritize feature enablers and work closely with teams to align work with the product roadmap.
- Sprint Planning and Backlog Prioritization:
- Collaborate with the team to define sprint plans based on the overall product vision and roadmap.
- Prioritize the sprint backlog based on the importance of features within the roadmap.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Drive the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, working with business and technical teams to test and validate user stories.
- Conduct formal reviews and acceptance of user stories implemented by the team within a sprint.
- Program-Level Ceremonies:
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions and contribute to the prioritization and alignment of product features.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Workfront configuration, user management, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Experience in product management and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Proven ability to create clear and actionable user stories and manage sprint planning activities.

Pay: $93,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
