Position Title: Director of Nursing, Emergency Services

Compensation Details:
- Base Salary up to $205,000 per annum
- FTE Benefits

Overview:
Responsible for managing department functions to facilitate effective and efficient operation. To maximize patient’s level of comfort and function.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to protocols
- Manage medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to support nursing staff
- Provide leadership in nursing administration, fostering a positive work environment
- Implement systems to enhance efficiency and quality of patient care
Skills
- Proficient in care plans development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and acute care practices
- Experience as a registered nurse with a background in nurse management
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a healthcare setting
- Ability to manage medical records accurately and securely
Basic Requirements:
- 2 plus years of progressive management experience in an acute care hospital environment as a manager or full-time director position.
- Current State of California license
- 3-5 years relevant experience with progressive leadership
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) within 1 year of hire

Pay: $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
