Position Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or APRN
Position Type: Full-time Permanent
Shift: M-F Days; 40 hours a week
Compensation Details:
- Base Salary $85000 per annum

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations
- Advise patients regarding treatment plans and prescription medication instructions
- Obtain and record a detailed medical history of each patient
- Analyze reports, test results, and/or personal examinations to diagnose and formulate treatment plans
- Demonstrate integrity, care, and compassion while working with patients, families, and staff
- Provide accurate ICD-10/CPT codes and documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of all patients’ records
- Assist supervising physicians
- Maintain requirements for continuing medical education
- Perform other duties that align with exceptional patient care
Licenses and Certifications:
- State License
- Board Certified
- DEA
Experience:
- 1 to 3 year of NP/APRN experience in Primary Care/ FM/ IM.
