Position Title: Retail Sales Associate -Cashier
Work Location: Destin, FL 32541
Position Type: 6 months Contract to Hire
Shift: Days M-F
Compensation:
- Straight Time Pay Rate: $15/hour
- Over Time Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
- Double Time Pay Rate: $30/hour
Job Overview:
Mission Contribution: To ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of the retail store through co-worker, donor and customer relations, processing donated goods and quality control in order to maximize profitability.
Primary Function:
Under the direct supervision of the Store Manager, the Cashier is responsible for assisting customers receiving and disbursing money using electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment.
Processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks.
Assist with adding merchandise to the sales floor, as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
