• Base Salary up to $241,115 per annum

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing staff, manage patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. 24 Mother Baby Rooms where you'll provide essential care to our littlest patients and their families. Duties

• Conduct spinal taps and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide nursing care for patients with various ailments
• Utilize physiology knowledge to assess and treat patients
• Operate neonatal ventilators and monitor patient responses
• Apply anatomy knowledge to enhance patient care
• Engage in case management for optimal patient outcomes
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Work with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Conduct utilization reviews to optimize healthcare resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or related field.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 2 years of managerial experience in Mother Baby/ Obstetrics unit.
• Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.
