We are currently seeking individuals who have a desire and aptitude to become backup triage and dispatch support to our Service Delivery Coordinator as well as being the responsible party for various administrative functions of the Service Team.
The Assistant Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the attainment of maximum utilization of internal and field resources through daily dispatch of service requests by both monitoring and managing incoming client requests so that they can be dispatched to the appropriate resource.
You will be greeted Day 1 with a full industry-specific training program with hands-on support from industry veterans that will support you and get you trained quickly. After completing training, you will spend your days coordinating schedules for our service desk team. We are Think Tech Advisors , a growing Raleigh, NC-based IT Management Company Established in 1999.
