Looking for Cardiology Clinic Director in Grand Junction, CO
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Shift: Days Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 5:00PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Clinical background in nursing or allied health field is desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a focus in cardiology or clinic management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles.
- Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems.
