Looking for Home Health RN in Newport, VT
Job Type: 13 weeks full time contract
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm with some weekend coverage. Some call may be scheduled, but only on an emergency basis.
Guaranteed Hours per week: 32
No Overtime
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must have OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience.
- Home Health and Hospice experience required.
- Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits.
- Must be able to manage and adjust to changes in schedule.
- Must have drivers license in good standing.
- BLS required.
- Outpatient care.
