Looking for LPN - Long Term Care in Mauston, WI
Job Type: 13 weeks contract
Shift: NOC shifts 10pm-6:30am Week 1: Saturday - Wednesday Week 2: Sunday - Thursday Every other weekend Rotating holidays
Guaranteed Hours per week: 36
Overtime Starts After 40 Hours
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Report any change in condition to the charge nurse.
- Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities.
- Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
