Looking for Medical Laboratory Technician in Zanesville, OH,
16 weeks contract,
Shift: Days,
40 Guaranteed hours per week,
The MT/MLT will work 40 hours/week in the Microbiolgy section of our high-volume lab (up to 200 cultures/day). MT/MLT will work five days/week (no four 10;s or three 12's), starting at 6a or 6:30a with 2 weekends worked/month (holidays as needed). No on-call.
The assignment requires a MT/MLT proficient in Plate Reading / Organism ID and Susceptibility testing for Blood cultures, Respiratory cultures, Wound Cultures, and Urine Cultures. Submissions with primarily Chemistry/Hematology or Blood Bank experience will be closed immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $54.00 - $58.21 per hour
