REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university preferred, or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse (RN) program.
- Must have thorough nursing care experience to include direct patient care, with previous management responsibilities.
- Resident Care Manager must possess a broad understanding of effective managerial, communication, and leadership skills.
- Resident Care Manager must possess a current, unencumbered professional nurse’s license from South Dakota.
