Looking for RN Hospice Case Manager in Barre, VT,
13 weeks contract,
Shift: Days, Monday-Friday,
36 Guaranteed hours per week,
need of an experienced Hospice RN

  • Experience with hospice case management required
  • Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
  • Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
  • Work schedule Monday-Friday

Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
