Position Title : Corporate Operations Specialist

Position Summary :
The position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, while also providing basic project support on key strategic initiatives managed by the Enterprise Program Management Office (“EPMO”). This consists of greeting visitors to the executive suite, following up on voicemails / emails, receiving / distributing correspondence, gathering data and compiling various reports for management, regulators, directors, and assisting with projects and assignments, as needed.

- Maintains a proficient knowledge of all applicable banking rules and regulations.
- Assists project leads for key strategic initiatives with scheduling, documentation gathering and project updates, as needed.
- Provide executive management with regulatory relations support, which will include coordinating document requests from federal and state examiners, coordinating meetings, taking the lead on any follow-ups from internal or external personnel.
- Managing and assisting with CEO’s travel, scheduling, expense reports and other duties, as required, along with executive management, as needed.
- Ensures timely distribution of related materials and publications to designated personnel.
- Consistently applies independent, superior decision-making skills and adheres to existing policies and procedures.
- Assumes responsibility for special projects, gathers data and prepares reports for senior or executive management, audits and other personnel.
- Assists Corporate Secretary with preparing board of director materials for monthly board meetings and ad-hoc meetings as needed.
- Assists Corporate Secretary with preparing other quarterly board materials and packages, as needed, as well as acting as the main liaison to assist the Board of Directors with administrative items, travel or other board-related needs as they arise.
- Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.

Supervisory Responsibility :
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type :
This is a full-time, exempt position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Travel will be required.
Work Environment :
This job operates in a professional office environment. This position uses office equipment such as computers, phones, copy and fax machines, calculators, filing cabinets and printers.
Physical Demands :
This position will be responsible for writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 50 pounds), driving, carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling and reaching.
Mental Demands :
The incumbent in this position must be able to accommodate to reading documents or instruments, detailed work, problem solving, customer contact, reasoning, math, language, presentations, verbal and written communication, analytical reasoning, stress, multiple concurrent tasks and constant interruptions.
