About The Role
Our Counter Salespeople are the key to our success, delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing long-standing relationships with our customers. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems efficiently.
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times.
- Use your knowledge to assist other team members and answer customer questions.
- Maintain current promotional material and in-store displays.
- Understand and comply with all Company policies.
- Protect self, coworkers, and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
